Refund Policy
At TONIKK, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on personal care products.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tonikk.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
