That can vary depending on your scalp and hair concerns, but consistency is key. Some people notice a difference in how their scalp and hair feels quite quickly, while longer-term improvements come with regular use over time.

Your Ritual

Each product works beautifully on its own, but together they create a more complete ritual. Used as a system, the range works to cleanse, nourish, treat and protect for a more balanced scalp and healthier-looking hair.

Start with Balancing Shampoo, followed by Nourishing Conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends. Root Remedy can then be applied directly to the scalp, and Prep & Protect should be used through damp hair before heat styling.

That depends on the product. Balancing Shampoo is gentle enough for frequent use, Root Remedy can be used daily, and Prep & Protect can be applied whenever your hair needs heat or environmental protection. You can adjust your ritual depending on your hair type, routine and how your scalp feels.

On high-build-up days, we recommend it. A second cleanse can help properly reset the scalp and clear away excess oil, product or impurities.

Either works. Apply it to damp hair after washing, or to dry hair as part of your daily scalp ritual.

No. Root Remedy is a leave-in treatment. Once applied, it stays on the scalp and continues to do its job.

Absolutely. Prep & Protect goes beyond heat protection, helping to defend hair against humidity, pollution and other daily stressors. It also works as a lightweight leave-in conditioning treatment, smoothing frizz and leaving hair soft, polished and protected.

Once your order has been processed, standard and express delivery timeframes will depend on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
